We hope you love the purchase you make with Dear Aurora however if you need to make a return with us, please read the following:

  • You can request a return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. 
  • The item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  • For swimwear, ensure  hygiene stickers are intact on bottoms.
  • You must have the receipt for your order
  • SALE items bought in a promotional period can not be returned.

How to request a return:

  • Please email with your return request. Once accepted, we will send information about the return details. Please note that the cost of the return is at the customers expense. 
  • International customers: Unfortunately we are unable to make returns or exchanges for customers outside Australia, thank you for understanding.

Damaged products: 

  • If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us at immediately after receiving your product with the issue. We will then inspect and advise if you are eligible for a refund. 

Dear Aurora is not liable for any products that may have been lost or damaged in the return shipping process. Please ensure that you keep the return items tracking number, in case the package gets lost in the post. We also recommend that when returning an item that it is securely packaged to avoid any damage.
